Grenadian Entertainers rock London ahead of Notting Hill Carnival

DJ Fearless Kevon and Jabba are making waves in London. Yesterday, (Thursday, 23 August 2018) they were part of SKY TV’s carnival masquerade feature that celebrated Caribbean culture and had Londoners dancing in the middle of a square.

The shoot was all part of the lead up into Notting Hill Carnival this weekend. Kevon is gearing up for a bumper weekend, Saturday playing at Dreamland J’ouvert and on the road Sunday and Monday with Island Mas UK.

Lil Natty and Thunda recently arrived with manager Orlando Noel and is planning to shell down Dreamland J’ouvert.

V’ghn is also in the UK for Notting Hill Carnival along with manager International Stephen. He was part of history yesterday, performing at the Boiler Room for their first ever Caribbean Soca show. The chart-topping Trouble in the morning singer will also perform at Glow, Dreamlan J’ouvert, and Karnival Mania.

V’ghn’s Trouble in the Morning tops Apple Music charts

Grenadian Soca music has been making waves in the Caribbean Diaspora and around the world with Soca enthusiasts. This week (23 August), V’ghn’s hit song Trouble in the Morning has been listed on Apple Music’s Top Songs in all genres for the Caribbean region.

This either means that a large number of persons are streaming and/or purchasing his song on iTunes in the region.

Trouble in the Morning shares the top charts with the likes of Nicki Minaj, Popcaan, Drake, Travis Scott, Ella Mai and Ariana Grande.

V’ghn was elated haven posted the progress of the charts on his Instagram profile saying “Much love to everyone streaming Trouble in the morning. Thank you for all your support, keep streaming.”
