Zumba classes are back with the ever-energetic dance fitness instructor Chrislyn Lashington! Stay fit with these one hour group dance fitness classes in Grenada that features routines to Soca, Dancehall, Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Pop, Hip Hop, Samba and more!

What’s format of classes?

The one hour dance fitness session starts with a warm up, alternates between high and low intensity dances, and finishes with a cool down.
